Were WataCoco and KanaCoco the only groupings that actually did anything? Even then those pairs seemed better as offstream references and skits. I'm sure they all respect each other, but it feels like the whole gen never built any onstream chemistry at all and it showed.

As humble as Coco wanted to be, she did overshadow not only her genmates, but pretty much all of Hololive as a whole, she simply was on a whole different level of vtuber entertainment, pretty much on the same level as Kizuna Ai back during her prime, if not stronger. From here on I'm sure we'll see everyone adding their special "extra" in her honor, I'm optimistic that things will only improve from here on.

For the whole gen? Yeah. Coco was pretty much the reason why this Gen was even relevant. With her gone, Gen 4 is only slightly more relevant than Gen 2

There's no way this post is serious. She wasnt even the most watched in her own gen let alone hololive.
She was important as the spearhead of hololive in the western market (after eekumbokum), but she had mid numbers before translated asacoco and still had mid numbers in april, her only really standout content was the reddit review.
