if you limit it to vtubers who are explicitly GFE you cut the chance down way significantly, and reps can clear a significant portion of the extremely brazen ones remaining ones down
It also helps to pick vtubers who have had a meaningfully sized audience for a decent amount of time as it gives time for yabs to occur if there is something to yab with
but some people want to be there at the start so newer vtubers can be a solid choice too but it requires much more selectiveness and usually is a case of stumbling upon one that seems genuine as opposed to finding them deliberately
All in all I keep tabs on maybe ~80 vtubers who range from 2view indie to hololive who are basically certifiably single via comparisons of minor personal info leaks and corroborating evidence and that number is probably more than half of the total number of names that have ever been on my list, so the rate is under 50% by just locking it to "explicitly GFE"
