Even if that were the case, it would be nothing like most EN vtubers and how they talk about their 'brother'. Siblings don't really hang out with each other once you reach a certain age, you mostly keep in touch by messaging or online if you're close and occasionally meet up when you find the time. They also don't live together (on their own).

Spoken like a boomer lol. With changing cultures and less people getting married, even American zoomers no longer want to fuck off their homes (unless they're under abuse or something along that line).
And in Asia, they stay together until any of them get married, and with marriage on the decline, no one sane would question that.
Which is why it makes perfect alibi. But no use worrying. The fear will just eat your enjoyment.
