Liken it to JP where talents who leave due to controversies still receive the support of their colleagues and it just drives home how disgustingly different NijiEN is to Nijisanji JP. With JP the management issues may be there, but the talents themselves at least aren't all rotten to the core. Ironically probably thanks to the clique nature of Nijisanji, any rotten eggs get quarantined to their own clique, but with EN the two issues with that is that the biggest rotten egg is popular and at the head of the rotten clique, and the branch is too small for any kind of quarantine.
