In this case Holo EN was just leeching on work done by other mostly JP members pushing the brand where it is that's why they had 100K+ from debut and insane growth despite most of them having poor chemistry, low energy and short streams at least at the start it's all language buff if holo JP members spoke eigo Holo EN would be closer to ID level save for Gura perhaps.

It used to be 100k for 3D, assuming CN was a special case because they got fucked by circumstances, and having a 1M clause in the contract is weird since there were only 2 holos that even came close until EN inflated everyone's fanbase.
