The english only rule is actually a mandatory rule that twitch enforces. If you let people speak in a language that you dont moderate then they could be spewing hateful things and twitch is a big no no when it comes to that

Chinese are a petty bunch when you trigger their nationalistic tendencies. And they still couldn't move on from coco. So there's a chance that they will hate Mysta from involving himself in the same company as Coco.
