Losing a member of Luxiem sucks on a corporate level. But one of the very few advantages of ACCELERATE as a tactic is that no single person carries too much weight in the company so they're not in any trouble.

Wasn't Mysta one of the top earners of the entire branch
Luxiem as a whole went above and beyond the rest of EN

Like, I'm fairly certain losing Mysta hurts NijiEN's bottom line quite a lot more than, say, losing Millie would.

It's probably a pretty big hit to their livers already low morale. Imagine watching NotMysta having fun doing whatever he wants, while their projects keep getting rejected and they have to ask for perms for every single game they want to play? He even said his 3D model would be done soon.

This is either BS or he's been planning on graduating for over a year now, rather than 8-10 months. It takes a SHITTON of work that people don't realize that goes into making a vtuber model, doubly so for a corp like vshoujo that launches merch alongside a debut, alongside art assets and lore

It does take a lot of work, but 4-6 months is completely normal without help if you've got cash and know what you want, which he probably did given how big Luxiem was.
