and even then it can be argued that all of those have their outliners
Pekora for the longest time would much rather stick to her bubble and ocasionaly would get draged to collabs by the others. it has goten better since the moona arc.
Rushia was living in the woods and also mostly would do her own thing. now she at least hangs out irl with some of the other holos
as other anons pointed out more often than not it was Coco and Kanata and then the rest of gen4. hell Luna had to be adopted by other groups in that time
