99% of the japanese lolicons (Ui included) knows the rule of "No Touching", where you can look and protect a loli from a distance, but "No Touching".
Also, many lolicons equate lolicon with pedophilia, but almost all of them are against sexually abusing a child, which would be going too far. Just like most Touhou fans are against other people suiciding in an attempt to wake up in Gensokyo.
