Mori, Kiara, and even Ina are doing the same as usual. The problem is Myth and even all of HoloEn have always been propped up by Gura and without Gura they are nothing.

The average streamer career caps out at 5 years. Anything over that is either an outlier or people just doing it for fun. Vtubers are no exception.
Half of Hololive including JP is going through that intermediary phase of stepping down.
New debuts and talents are meant to replace older ones. No one likes to say it, but Myth won't be around forever. You stupid people don't understand the effects from the simple passage of time. There is no return to the past.

Everyone got bored and lost interest. It felt special during the ruse of myth but the novelty had to wear off eventually. Same shit happens with tv shows and marvel movies. Over time things can get too repetitive and people want to move on. Same with the talents.
Gura already peaked and there's nothing for her to get excited about personally. She has all the fame and fortune she could want. People are entertained by her without her even trying. Just one "A-" and fans go crazy. There's no challenge. Nothing she wants to strive for anymore. She hardly has to lift a finger and the money keeps rolling in.
