I wasn't paying that much attention though, as stated she wasn't my oshi at the end of the day.
It was all the shitty parts of having a girlfriend without any of the perks. I'm willing to put up with a degree of the endless self-induced drama, self-esteem blackhole bullshit girls thrive off but only if I have a stake in the situation, that stake being my dick.
