This new thing is a bit interesting. /vsj+/ has been talking about it since it happened and the prevailing theory right now is there's either more than one new person given that the first teaser appears to be describing about a snake, and the second one looks like an insect of some kind. They seem too incongruent so it's either someone new while the other is an event, or one of them is being deliberately misleading, or it's more than one person.
All that being said, if the first teaser is talking about a snake, there's pretty solid reason to believe that this one really is Nina. 6 months ago when doing a monster girl tier list she told a story asking Nijisanji management if she could get a snake tail added to her design and talked about how she loved snakegirls.
