The real problem is that there is no real solution here. You can't just move the Palestinians somewhere else, they will try to overthrow the local government so no middle eastern county is going to dare accept them.
TL;DR Creating a Jewish Ethnostate in the middle of a bunch of countries that hate them has caused some problems.
