No, the activity in the weeks around the Advent debuts was something that management wanted from Gura. The cynical opinion that it was done to undermine them wouldn't explain why she only streamed 3 times in September. Anyone that was drawn back to watching vtubers during Gura's brief return would have some interest in the new members of HoloEN.

Yes, those streams are almost all at her usual stream time.
The fact that she was streaming at all was to have her audience engaged with Hololive during the debuts in hopes that they would also watch the new girls at some point.

Not a chance. If this was a management plot to bring people to Advent, they would have had her raid one of them when she finished. Also she would have been doing her usual 2-3 hour streams, not 7 hour ones.
