Honestly i think announcing some sort of break like Ina did is her best course of action, she could work on herself and her health and not have to worry about management bullniggery for a while. She seems afraid to do that, but all people have been worried about is lack of communication. and the more people ask her to communicate the less she wants to do it, because she's such a girl... I love girls...
