as for the people spamming that image it is not HoloGODs it's anti making it look like Cover is desperate for talent and somehow "need" whoever graduated from wherever, the most common use it against companies most Cover fans hate (Vshojo, Niji, etc.)
Anyone actually a cover fan trust their hiring team as they've given us greats like 3rd gen, Koyori, Kaela, etc. all without needing to Poach from an established group.
