If she makes decisions and behaves in a way that results in a negative or subpar experience for viewers, I don't get why it should be off limits to say as much. We're talking about a streamer with over one million subscribers failing to produce her scheduled content, not your buddy who had to cancel on movie night tonight.
I dunno. I just find it such a strange phenomenon. It's not like I have my feelings hurt over the cancellation or something, it just makes me less likely to purposefully set aside a Saturday night for her content again in the future, which is the kind of thing she should be thinking more about.
