IF they lose talents to Vshojo it would be because they don't want to deal with management but that is a lot better than Niji too so it's unlikely Hololive will have anything to fear from Vshojo. In some ways they are not even direct competitors like Niji are.

Vshojo offering better contracts and management conditions is a legitimate for of market competition. Any accusations of "poaching" only benefit the corpos who seek to suppress chuuba compensation and impose strict management rules. Why should you be required to blackball an employee just because they worked previously for another Corpo? If anything it's extremely business smart to hire employees with proven success like that.

Vshojo and Niji still seems to be in good terms. I can go on so far to say that both corpos are in on this "poaching" process. Niji can offload anyone who wants to leave without much drama (at least more than usual) while Vshojo can get talents with an already established fanbase. The graduations that were happening were already planned months before and I think the onboarding to Vshojo was also included. But then again, I'm not a businessman, only a schizo

Hololive and Nijisanji don’t own their talents indefinitely, and the talents should not have the expectation in their minds that they have to stay stuck with those companies forever even if they are being treated very badly.
