It seems like either they want the immediate views more popular vtubers would provide and move on to clipping vtubers besides Finana or the algorithm doesn't boost them.
I also don't think she encourages clips like the other two to. Both Pomu and Elira have shouted out Pomupower and Pendora's Box respectively, but I've never seen Finana shout out her clippers. It might be her inexperience as a streamer in that sense that leads them to become demotivated.
