Compared to the average kids channels she's on the better side. Not just mindless noise or brainrot, doesn't really talk down to her audience, fair variety of content some of which has actual effort in it.
YouTube is probably detrimental to children regardless but if a kid is watching YT already then Cookie seems harmless.

I would like to disagree with you on this one but seeing how more and more child-content oriented creators keep getting outed as pedos, and the fact that CookieSwirl is using a vtuber model and the vtubing community as a whole has a fascination with cunny, it's honestly probably only a matter of time.
