They have different stock sizes. It's the reason why kronii is the only holo ever that had to extend the sale period of her birthday merch and do a second shill stream. They overestimated how much merch she'd sell and didn't know that homocollabing would kill her brand.

That's not how it works. There is no stock.
This merch is made on demand. It only begins full production when the intial orders are in. Yes there is probably an initial amount pre-paid for besides the samples, but every holo is capable of passing that. What happened with Kronii was likely that there were so few takers overall that they felt compelled to extend, probably in disbelief.
