I think it helps that they have zero big heads among them. They're all kind of shy and careful in their own way.
Truth be told though, they have improved a LOT since debut. None of this came pre-baked. If you look back at their first collabs it was all kinds of awkward, but now they've really grown into a cohesive group. I bet off-stream interactions helped a lot.
