nah, regardless of context, holos are very careful when addressing their managers. they can't use male pronouns. they used to use they/them when referring to certain managers/staffs but use feminine ones for the actual female ones but they realized that was too obvious and just use they/them for anyone.
there's a reason why omegafaggot went for the "anything you want" route when it came to HIS pronouns.
