Regardless of what you think is happening, if Gura cared about us she would at least say something. Mori literally just told her fans that she's going in for surgery sometime soon that'll require her to go under anesthesia. Botan told her fans what was wrong and that the doctor even told her to stop streaming and she refused. Marine and Suisei kept everyone up to date with their nodules and Flare told her fans when she had to have surgery.
Besides Gura, I can't think of a single other holomen that doesn't inform their fans when something is wrong with them or when they're physically ill, even if they don't say exactly what it is. If we meant anything to Gura, she'd want us know if something was wrong and why she can't stream. I'm sure that every person that she actually cares about in her life knows what is happening and that is how I know she doesn't care about us and that we don't mean anything to her.
No one is asking for her medical records, but a simple acknowledgement of the situationn would be nice. But the truth is there probably isn't even any illness that prevents her from streaming or communicating in the first place. Like you said, either way, there's no excuse for her not letting us know anything, even if it's just about her ability to stream.
