I'm not actually sure if she ever mentioned where her parents live now, I seem to recall her saying she lived somewhere else before moving to Tokyo as an adult, but I might be wrong about this part. She did specifically mention that she still has relatives that live in Hiroshima, however. Maybe that's Anigitsune and his family. She tweeted in mid January of this year that she was taking a couple of days off to visit her relatives that she wasn't able to meet during new years (when she met her parents) and said she was looking forward to meeting Anigitsune who she hadn't seen in a while. So it seems pretty likely that his family lives somewhere else, probably in Hiroshima still.
Also, no idea about him being a half-brother. She doesn't really talk about her family very often so it's definitely not impossible given that he is seemingly quite a bit older than her, but I don't think it's all that likely considering she keeps specifying that he is a relative and doesn't seem to be around whenever she meets her parents.
