The holoEN relations were slowly getting strained from their shit management. From Sana's nepo hire, to self inserting on a Council stream, to inserting politics on social media, to declining many talent-lead productions (only holoween), to no access to 3D, etc.
Seeing how Irys was being treated was the last straw: she was forced to do a FF14 stream, completely failed her kimono outfit launch, and was under really bad working conditions with her music.
Myth (Mori and Kiara and their managers mostly) sided with Irys and the holoEN reconstructions commenced. We have a very precise date with Omega's tweet saying goodbye to the fans and Irys (January 2022).
With the clique in shambles, Sana decided to graduate. Most likely before that goodbye tweet from Omega. She couldn't do it after holoFES because of Rushia's termination making that timing really bad.
Omega continued working on Tempus project, again self inserting itself there.
Everything that happened after these key events was a long process of restructuring and backend expansion to properly support the female talents as the celebrities they are. On December 2022, holoEN's current project director joined Cover. Myth had their 3D Showcase announced soon after that.
