So of Mouse's total 15.66m watch hours, 7.17m are thanks to the subathon. Remove that from the equation and you get 8.49m so she's still on this list. Just in 12th place instead of 4th. But obviously you can't just wholesale remove a month from her time and call that fair, so to create a stand-in for that abnormal month if you, for example, average her watch hours for the month before and the month after the subathon you come up with 1.19m to act as a stand-in for her subathon month hours. Add that to her 8.43m for a grand total of roughly 9.68m watch hours, which places her just below Watame and still in the top 10.
tl;dr Even without the subathon she's still in the top 10, and is the only western vtuber to score that high.
