They certainly wouldn't last much longer there, even thought Cover are absolutely fucking desperate to keep people on even if they are a net negative, they are doing the Youtube approach of potentially taking a hit somewhere in hoping they can make ends meet.
This applies to all their projects, including Holostars.
If more of them get put off working on things that don't really interest them, they might have no chance.
But to be fair - the Japanese in general are historically massive pushovers and have some of the worst work ethics and culture in the world and is one of the biggest reasons for their suicide numbers.
In some industries being fired / company implosion is tantamount to being told "your life is over, kill yourself". (and is the reason why I despise that fuck Tamaki, she reinforces shitty work culture like this)
