Fishman is weird and doesn’t always make the right calls, but Phase talents seems to be generally happy with the lax (but not absent) management style that Phase works with. Phase has also hired other staff recently since fishman is at least smart enough to know that theres some responsibilities that he is unable to himself, which is why Muumi has always been very important to Phase as long as shes been there. Also it’s not like vtubers being unhappy with certain company decisions is particularly unusual, you see this all the time with Holo permissions bullshit or whenever a Niji’s plans fall through.
