>>60964359If what you mean by "based" is what I think you mean (and it probably is, given your example) it doesn't get any more "based" than Kirsche. She's not unicorn-friendly, so be careful not to gosling. And people tend to hate on her either cuz they disagree with her politically or don't like politics in VTubing at all, or they don't like her voice, or her model (ok, that one's fair but she's getting a new one soon), but she is genuinely really funny, good at streaming, and has quite the pair of balls when it comes to what she's willing to say on Twitch/YT.
The only other one that rivals Kirsche in the "based" department is Sawa, but personally I find her less entertaining and she doesn't stream as much. And despite having some good takes, she's more of a cringe anti-"lolbertarian" /pol/tard, which you might like, but I don't.
Then there's Kiyomi Pyon, who is quite "based", but very rarely talks about politics nowadays.
Some other recommendations for VTubers that are mildly "based", similarly to Pippa include:
>Sleepy Project>Whiskey Project>Kaneko Lumi>Nanobites>Matoi Miia>Nyaru>Leaflit>Tomoe Umari>Roza Coatl>Sena Bonbon>Shondo (Fallen Shadow)>Cowgirl Cowgirl>Batatvideogames>Kurai (Commander Koinushi)These don't really fit the bill, but I still personally watch them because they seem apolitical and are otherwise entertaining:
>Fujikura Uruka>Chikafuji Lisa
