The perms people sound like a group of interns who send out emails meekly asking for the divine right to play a video game for "m-maybe 2-3 weeks, b-but if it's less then hat's fine too!! Don't say no, please". When as a company they should have the resources to hire extremely shrewd business men who can negotiate blanket perms for everything that isn't nintendo (who are on good terms with Cover anyway).
