In regards to KR, the cult and clique mentality probably explains the entire culture of kdrama as a whole. Very entertaining to view from the outside, but can't imagine wanting to get too deep into that shitshow. Still, you would think KR girls are more popular given how everyone loves kpop/kdrama, and that beauty standard is also taking over the rest of asia as a whole.
CN is always an interesting subject, and I can attest to the entitlement and gold digging, which continues to apply even when she's already wealthy. Social climb and chase for prestige never ends, but honestly is it really any better in the rest of Asia? I kinda expect it to be the same no matter where you go, it's just that the CN nijisisters are a bit more upfront and honest about it.
I've sadly been doing some research into SEA for the cheap retirement option in say Manila or Bali, but I find it surprising that you hate Korean girls enough to put them on a similar level. At least all the East Asians I know are far too racist to consider SEA girls, and not even pale Viets pass in their eyes (if anything the older generation is even more vicious about how evil and cutthroat they are given viet war history). There was some interesting discussion about SEA girls in an earlier thread, but honestly I can't really see anyone choosing girls there unless you are trying to adopt a legal loli from the rural villages.
