no it's not even close to VRChat. it's already been confirmed the only use case for this "game" is to host 3D concerts. the "game" part is at most making your avatar and microtransactions for stickers.

That's the real question. It's supposed to be like an MMO RPG with crafting mechanics and gacha but with a pass you have to pay for on top of that to get access to the gaming experience and concerts....I think

HoloEarth is a hub for various services: Virtual 3D concerts, Streaming, VR chat, the sandbox Genshin/Rust build game, and whatever they think to add in the future. Nothing to do with Facebook. More with Amazon services. The concerts themselves are a guaranteed success. Hololive's large fanbase prevents it from failing. Not interested in the sandbox game? What if your oshi logs on and are capable of interacting with her?
