>>61035713What determines best, actually? What makes a good stream and how many times can it be repeated? Is high quality content more important than regular streaming, and what if someone provides both? Sponsorship deals? Music projects? Content metrics like CCV and viewcount, perhaps?
The problem is that you can't really set up an objective criteria system, or it's so complex that no one can sift the talents through it properly. Maybe someone could make a self-learning algorithm and analyze thousands of hours of VODs to determine a rough ranking, but I feel like that would be inaccurate still.
