might be just her coming to terms with something personal. at the start of the video the little moom was trying to find that girl, but her silhouette was completely dark and she couldn't be reached. once moom stops being a wanderer and becomes a sort of guide the girl she could never reach instead comes to her and now her silhouette isn't black anymore. it could be a sign that she accepted/overcame negative feelings or experiences that she previously could not.
there's also a chance that the girl silhouette was only dark because little moom herself was in the dark, cloaked and all. once she takes the cloak off and turns white it's like she was finally out there in the open, and so she could finally see the people who were always there, including the girl. but I'm probably just talking out of my ass.
