Disable adblocker on youtube and Install one of the adblockers that fast forward ads instead of blocking them, also clear cache

Close your browser (close all the tabs alongside with it for good measure)

If the screen appears again
Go to settings => filter lists
Click "Purge all caches" and "update now" in that order and wait for it to update
