Besides I kinda like how nijisanji does debuts where they give you a short time with the talent then give you a 2.0 where they can really dive deep. That way the talent only needs to prepare a few things and can go all out at the 2.0.
Hololive gives like an hour and by the 30 minute mark they most of the time run out of things to say and just wing it until it's time for the next talent.
