No, the laws of physics work against it.
Going to try to generalize and not create an essay here;
The human form doesn't excel at much of anything, but it's pretty adaptive and flexible.
It's also top heavy, which sucks at absorbing recoil/impact without bowling over.
War machines working within realistic laws of physics will not benefit from the flexibility enough to justify the drawbacks.
Not to mention needless complexity.
