Here's the thing: no one knew or cared who she was until she put on the Dorito. Most would have thrown in the towel long ago if they were as much of a failure as Shiori's PL. She's a trooper for sure, but it also shows that Holo tribalists will watch unwatchable 2view trash if there's a Blue Dorito logo slapped on it.

Assuming you mean EN, mostly true. The JPs (aside from a few notable exceptions) are actually good at their job and deserve their success.
Out of Promise, technically Fauna did have a decent ASMR audience before, and there's the PL singers like Irys/Mumei who could still be popular in their niche, but you wouldn't see people watching their gaming/zatsu.
In Myth: Gura would still have decent numbers (if she streamed), Kiara would still doing her IRL cosplay vloging to low 3 views, Mori can finally achieve her dream of being a full time RM fleshtuber along with the trash taste boys, but Ame and Ina would be back in the 2view dumpster for sure.

The Blue Dorito didn't just appear out of nowhere, and it was once a nobody in the OG days. That said, I'm not a huge JP watcher as an EOP, but they clearly did something right in the early days before anyone knew what the brand was. It's always the newer gens that are just purely leeching off clout (i.e. Shiori/Laplus) that are the worst.
FWMC did have all of /here/ crying about their GGN graduation for ages, so presumably they could generate an organic audience (although their fleshtubing didn't really pan out), maybe Bijou could pull it off too. Nerissa might lean towards just staying a singer though (rrat is she got so offended from everyone calling her boring/basic on debut that she started hornybaiting just to save her cratering numbers).
