I have a hard time deciding which of the copes used is my favorite. I like how the "she's fighting management behind the scenes ackshually" cope can dynamically change and just claim she's doing so for a different reason day to day, but I also just have a soft spot for the "muh projects" cope which is just a classic at this point

I believe Gura was so burnt out she asked to see if she could get managerial status, so she now works in management rather than streaming. Kinda like a-chan, where she does stream every now and then, but it's strictly secondary to her managerial status.
