>amateur lyrics and songwriting masked by ADHD arrangements and wall-of-sound production
>high-speed edits, stutter/glitch effects, melodies and arpeggiators apparently = good
>heavy-handed use of autotune, no matter the genre or singing skill of the vtuber
>conveyor belt/production line sound with most tracks made up almost entirely of presets and sound packs
>horrific and unbalanced mixing (literally never heard a well-mixed track in over 4.5 years of watching vtubers)
>terrible mastering of EPs and albums where there's absolutely no consistency between the tracks that all vary wildly in loudness, tonality and clarity
