Nijisanji is actually the BIGGEST of the corpos, and they have absolutely horrible business practices
-- Hololive has 1 manager per talent, Nijisanji has 1/10 manager ratio to increase profits
-- Nijisanji forces the talents to pay their own debuts, some of them go deep into debt.
-- Hololive gives their girls a cut of the enormous merch revenue, resulting in them becoming millionaires (which is why some of them stop streaming). Niji gives them almost zero merch revenue and forces them to do 5 hour zatsu to milk superchat as their primary income.
-- Holo invests a lot of energy in supporting their talents. The amount of support Hololive gave to the Holostars for example is legendary. Nijisanji just shits out vtubers and lets them "sink or swim", until they start graduating en masse.
-- Nijisanji doesn't even give their talents their fucking youtube play buttons and instead keeps them in the studio to remind the talents who really owns them.
There's too many things to list. But Nijisanji is the blackest of black corpos and I feel really bad for anyone debuting there.

The fans wanted Omega gone....he was gone. Niji meanwhile completely ignores fan criticism and then whines why they lose support.
