i think a ton of holos and chuubas in general lose audience because of this. they don't realise their stalling is boring as fuck.
And the opposite is also true, the ones that go straight to playing the game/gimmick make the funnest stream and also get a lot more viewers

This isn't the issue, it's the fact that intro's and outtro's take up a third of the collab.
It'd be no issue if the collabs lasted atleast 2 hours, but not every collab does
