It's like expecting every other EN member to become close with every member of JP including ones like Ayame when there's both a language barrier and lack of any decent reason
Inside EN it's more important but decreasingly so the more members there are. Even so why does she have to publicly stream her trying to get close to the other members when it'd just be awkward because she doesn't feel comfortable yet? She's clearly getting closer to people like Mori behind the scenes over time, she might collab with her at some point but there's no need to make a stream until she feels she's capable of doing it.
She said making friends is a very slow hard thing for her, so of course it'll be a long burn of progress with select few individuals at a time
