HoloEN's "projects" are dragging down both the quality and quantity of their content. It's clear that the staff at Cover favor only the members that can speak Japanese in both EN and ID. The Japanese-speakers get all the favoritism, and everyone else is left on their own and expected to do all the work by themselves. What's the point in joining a media company if you have to make all of the content by yourself? You might as well be working for yourself. The members receiving little help from Cover need to either stand up or step out. It's not fair that some get all the help they want while others get left behind. They are just puting themselves in the worst scenario possible. Instead of getting help from the company, they get nothing. Instead of reaping the reward for their hard work, the company who does nothing for them takes a cut. Do something. Doing nothing is the worst possible decision. They are just going to wither into irrelevancy at this rate.
