She's not ESL friendly at all.
To be ESL friendly you have to speak slowly and clearly in a common accent.
Kronii is ESL friendly for example.

from the holos? Kaela, Kronii and Fauna are easy to understand. I gravitate towards Ina's streams THOUGH, her voice pitch may not help but the slow pacing makes it easy to follow her

Depends on the accent, really. American deep south, Irish or heavy Australian accents are hard mode, but the more normal American TV type accent is pretty easy.

ESL streamers are unironically easier to listen to and use easier vocab than natives. Kaela is a good example of this also saying a JP streamer is somehow ESL friendly is absurd unless they stream in english
