Look at all those Teamates thinking that she had a good reason for ghosting them for two weeks, and she herself admitted when she returned that she didn't have any. Everyone laughed it off because of the ifunny thing, but if it isn't for that meme she would have continued that break indefinitely.
Ame didn't have any major health issues during the past many months if you really want to point those out. And she did have a couple of important streams (anniversary and new outfit which... everyone else also had), but it's clear that she wasn't very prepared for those either, she herself admitted that.
