Also, Cover didn’t force Nene to bite off more than she could chew. Sure, her manager should have told her to stick with a reasonable workload, but Gen 5 has a history of dealing with incompetent management, with a high turnover rate for managers as a result.

Cover dropped the ball on Mel’s sexual harassment situation, but they weren’t that bad, and there’s not so much mandatory work that you can squarely pin the blame on Cover if one of them is overworked, though you can definitely criticize them for not properly advising the girls in those cases.
With Rushia, it’s not so much that she betrayed her fans so much as betraying the company in a way that could endanger the other girls, which can alienate the wider fanbase, over something that Watame already got away with.
