Mainly because Mori doesn't really care about it so she will always inevitably bruteforce her friendzoning shit into every situation, which at times comes across as extremely cunty (like her completely overreacting to random /u/ stuff that wasn't even that strong, shortly afte4 they returned from Hokkaido). Who the hell wants to watch someone get harshly rejected over and over again? It never evolves.
