If its just playing a casual game with friends I don't really care if some dude is toking up and chillin.
But it it's and LFG for say a destiny 2 raid or for Apex/ CSGO ranked, then these type of people are fucking obnoxious to play with.
They also make up 90% of all the people you look for on LFG sites so it's even worse
